He was born in 1980 in Balıkesir. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Balıkesir.
He graduated from Hacettepe University Medical Documentation and Secretarial Department in 2002.
He started working in Ordu/Kumru in 2007.
He served as the Purchasing Unit Manager of Ordu/Kumru State Hospital between 2007-2015.
He was appointed to Samsun Bafra State Hospital in 2015.
He served as the Purchasing Unit Manager of Samsun/Bafra State Hospital between 2015-2024.
He was appointed as the Deputy Director of Samsun Bafra State Hospital as of 05.01.2024.
He is married and has two children.
