He was born in Balıkesir in 1980. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Balıkesir.
Hhe graduated from Hacettepe University Medical Documentation and Secretarial Department in 2002.
He started working in Ordu / Kumru in 2007.
He served as the Purchasing Unit Manager of Ordu / Kumru State Hospital between 2007 and 2015.
He was appointed to Samsun Bafra State Hospital in 2015.
2015 - 2024 He served as Samsun / Bafra State Hospital Purchasing Unit Responsible.
He was appointed as Deputy Director of Samsun Bafra State Hospital as of January 5, 2024.
He is married and has two children.
