He was born in Elazığ in 1965. He completed his primary and secondary education in Elazığ. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Social Sciences in 2007 and Anadolu University Department of Sociology in 2023.
He started working in Rize in 1990. He was appointed to Samsun Bafra State Hospital in 1996.
He served as Deputy Director of Samsun Bafra State Hospital between 2007-2012.
He served as Accrual Unit Chief between 2012-2023.
He was appointed as Deputy Director of Samsun Bafra State Hospital on 05.01.2024.
He is married and has two children.
