Koray BÜLBÜL
Born in 1984, he graduated from Samsun Commerce High School. After completing his undergraduate studies at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration, he completed his master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2014 with high honors. She also completed Associate Degree programs in the fields of Justice, Medical Secretarial and Child Development. He is currently attending the Health Management Undergraduate Program.
After 4 years of private sector experience in the field of accounting with an internship in 2000, he completed his military service in 2005 and started working as Accounting Manager at Kızılay Samsun Medical Center.
Between 2010 and 2017, he served as Purchasing, Financial Affairs and Investments Unit Manager at Samsun Provincial Health Directorate.
Between 2017 and 2021, he served as Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the 350-Bed Samsun Gazi State Hospital and then
He served as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at the 300-Bed Samsun Mental Health and Diseases Hospital until 2023.
As of December 2023, he has been working as Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at Samsun Bafra State Hospital.
He attaches importance to humanitarian aid services within the scope of his social responsibility activities and was a volunteer member of the Turkish Red Crescent for a long time.
For his success in public service, he was awarded a Certificate of Achievement by the Governor of Samsun in 2014 and 2021. He has research and articles in the field of Health Policies.
He is married and has two children.
