Koray BÜLBÜL
Born in 1984, he graduated from Samsun Commerce High School. After completing his undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration, he completed his master's degree at Ondokuz Mayıs University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration with high honors in 2014. He also completed associate degree programs in Justice, Medical Secretarial and Child Development. She is currently continuing her undergraduate studies in Health Management.
After 4 years of private sector experience in accounting, he completed his internship in 2000, completed his military service in 2005 and started working as the Accounting Manager at the Red Crescent Samsun Medical Center.
He served as the Purchasing, Financial Affairs and Investments Unit Manager at the Samsun Provincial Health Directorate between 2010-2017.
He served as the Deputy Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at the Samsun 350-bed Gazi State Hospital between 2017-2021 and then
He served as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at the Samsun 300-bed Mental Health and Diseases Hospital until 2023.
As of December 2023, he has been serving as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager at the Samsun Bafra State Hospital.
He attaches importance to humanitarian aid services within the scope of social responsibility activities and served as a volunteer member in the Turkish Red Crescent for a long time.
He was awarded a Certificate of Achievement by the Samsun Governorship in 2014 and 2021 for his success in public services. He has research and articles in the field of Health Policies.
He is married and has two children.
