Arslan KAYHAN
He was born in Samsun in 1978. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun.
He graduated from Cumhuriyet University, Department of Public Administration.
He started his civil service life in Sivas in 2001. He worked as a Branch Chief of Health Centers in Sivas Provincial Health Directorate.
2007 He was appointed to Samsun Gazi State Hospital. He worked as a Personnel Chief and Deputy Director of Purchasing at Gazi State Hospital.
Between 2012 and 2015, he worked as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager of Samsun Gazi State Hospital.
Between 2015-2017, he worked as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager of Samsun Gynecology and Childhood Diseases Hospital.
He was appointed as the Administrative and Financial Services Manager of our Hospital on 02.03.2018. He continues to carry out this task.
He is married and has 3 children.
